Dilip is currently managing the "D'Doozie Women's Parlour" and it's Academy, SSDC's Professional Beautician Training Programs, as well as a freelance trainer in banking and finance. With so many years of experience and untiring efforts, "D'Doozie Women's Parlour" has been included in selected parlours of Jaipur in a very short time. Dilip, believes that education can make any business valuable, So he also started SSDC Academy with "D'Doozie Women's Parlour" in which women are trained as professional beauticians and not only the complexities of beauty professionals but also trained to provide customers with an excellent service experience. They believe that learning is a never ending process, and that's why they are always encouraging to develop skills and knowledge.

Anjali Bairwa belongs to a farmer’s family, her family came to Jaipur city to earn income from rural environment, Anjali did a basic course of beautician after completing her schooling, soon after doing this course, Anjali Joined the salon business of Dilip sir as an untrained beautician, as well as completed his Bachelor degree. Today, Anjali has made a very good reputation as a professional beautician and makeup artist in just 3-4 years by her dedication, hard work and guidance of Dilip sir.
